In the spirit of National and Community Service, an opportunity presented itself to volunteer in the launch of an international female sporting event. The atmosphere was electric as the campaign unfolded, rallying support for our exceptional athletes.
Immersed in the spirit of national pride and camaraderie our young professional athletes were poised to represent their nation, their communities, families, and individual aspirations. While their athletic prowess was undeniable, it became apparent that a crucial element was missing – the refinement of soft skills.
As a former Higher Education professional, this observation extended beyond the realm of sports and resonated in educational and corporate settings, where many emerging professionals displayed a similar deficit in soft and life skills. Thus, threatening to hinder their personal and professional pursuits.
It was against this backdrop that Personify-ME was ideated to Bridge the Skills Gap.
